Sunny Brokers operates a try-before-you-buy model: rent a home through Sunny Brokers first, and the rental spend is credited towards the purchase if you later buy a property through the brokerage. No. Spain's investor residency route (the so-called golden visa) was abolished by Ley Orgánica 1/2025 and stopped applying to new applications from 3 April 2025. Property purchase no longer grants residency.
